Roseto decides to move its headquarters to Milan, in Corso Magenta 32. This is exactly where back into 1986 the now huge Tecnocasa group was born. Over the years Roseto’s portfolio became richer and richer also thanks to those single exclusive and prestigious apartments scattered in the best areas of Milan : Brera, Garibaldi, Milan Fashion District, including those emerging areas such as Porta Nuova and City Life.2017
It’s time to split the properties by creating two different brands: Roseto Home includes all those high-quality apartments in the outskirts of Milan, whereas Roseto Prestige, selects and offers only the most luxurious apartments in the most famous areas of Milan.2019
A new project is born in partnership with La Ducale HabitariaCorsoGaribaldi95, which covers the area that once used to be the former convent of Sant’Anna dei Teatini between the 17th and 19th century, right in the heart of Milan. Despite being brand new and in a very central position – one of the most famous streets of Milan, this complex benefits from absolute privacy and peace of mind, and kept that elegant historical touch; this is also where the new offices of Roseto srl are set. Thanks to HabitariaCorsoGaribaldi95, Roseto’s portfolio grows exponentially, featuring a vast array of luxurious property types.2020
In 2020 Roseto decides to invest in new projects that will make the company offer wider and diverse: Roseto Experience, luxury stays in the most exclusive Italian holiday destinations, featuring plenty of personalized services; and Roseto Wine, a wine cellar offering a wide range of fine wines to its members.2022
Up to date the company owns 250 apartments, of which 70 are luxurious properties.
